We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) and may be required to pay a deposit to book future appointments. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a late cancellation fee may apply. We will do our best to accommodate you, but this may result in a shorter service time or rescheduling. Deposits: Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service and is transferable if the appointment is rescheduled with appropriate notice.
